With a main dining area of approximately 800 sqft and seating for up to 60 customers, there is also a built-in bar and reception area, a well-equipped modern kitchen, ladies & gents toilets along with good storage facilities. Externally, there is an attractive terrace providing al fresco dining for an additional 18 customers and with potential for more.
This successful restaurant has built an excellent reputation with many positive online reviews. On Tripadvisor, it currently ranks inside the top ten restaurants in Chichester and won a Traveller’s Choice award in 2022. The business also holds a 5-star food hygiene rating.
With an attractive décor, the restaurant offers high-quality and authentic Spanish cuisine in a friendly and relaxed environment. Current trading hours are: Tuesday to Sunday 12.30pm – 3.30pm & 4.30pm – 9.00pm. Presently, there are 4 full-time members of staff together with additional part-time staff as required.
We are informed that sales are currently in the region of £7,500 – £8,000 per week.
