Now on the market is an established dance studio in an affluent village within Surrey, offering specialist adult dance classes to the surrounding areas and boasting a very strong client base.

Established in 2010, this dance studio has a fantastic reputation and a loyal following of dancers as its clientele. Although once offering classes for adults and children, the children’s side has been sold on, and what remains now has a niche in providing dance classes for adults only, which is relatively rare in the locality.

As a result, regular clients are not just from the locality, but some choose to travel from further afield (Petersfield and Southampton). New clients tend to find the business via Google or social media searches, and the business also has a very active Facebook page with high engagement rates and followers and clients sign up for a block of lessons in advance, and there’s no pay-as-you-go.
