Overview
Description
Project Datolite offers various medical examinations, primarily for pilots and airline personnel. The assessments include, but are not limited to, Class I and II for pilots, and Class III for ATCOs; fit-to-fly and airside driver examinations; and associated revalidations and renewals.
The company generates supplementary revenue through medical examinations for other activities, such as driving.
Operating in a high-barrier-to-entry market, the business has retained its prominence through numerous approvals. These include the CAA and EASA, enabling the examinations to meet the regulatory requirements set out by international governing bodies.
Our clients are now offering the company for sale to facilitate the majority shareholder’s retirement plans, and to encourage growth utilising the resources of a new owner. Offers invited.
