Raddicombe lodge is nestled down a private road, with in the grounds there is a useful car park for the guests and a double garage for the owners to park. The garden is mostly laid to lawn with tables for the guest to enjoy breakfast or throughout the day. There is also a decked area called the ‘The Look Out’ which is perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the picturesque rolling fields and views towards the sea. In addition, there is a spacious summer house to maximize the garden views all year round.

Offering seven ensuite guest bedrooms, Raddicombe Lodge was established as a Guest House in the 1920’ s. A welcoming porch invites you into this versatile property, showcasing a stylish home with income options. To the left, you will find the guest dining room and an elegant oak – panelled lounge, both looking out onto the garden, and enjoying panoramic sea views. To the rear is the modern kitchen, utility room and owners’ accommodation. The lodge also offers a self contained one bedroom apartment, a further guest lounge and guest bedroom to complete the ground floor. A traditional staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the remaining six guest bedrooms and a laundry room. The majority of the guest bedrooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard, while the owners’ accommodation is also high quality. Several bedrooms on this floor also enjoy sea views, helping to make Raddicombe Lodge a tempting prospect for home and income seekers alike!
This versatile property makes a fantastic B&B but also lends itself to being divided up into self-contained air B&B apartments or even a large family home for multi generation living.
